Hello, Gerald Stidham here and welcome to my site. I am truly dedicated to helping you achieve success with your online business, that is why I started this site. Here we are going to explore the many ways to build your online business using simple and effective marketing techniques, mindset adjustments and other techniques.  As we progress thru this information it will be important you understand these 2 basic business building concepts….. before moving on.

THERE IS NO MAGIC BULLET….AND I DO NOT BUILD TRADITIONAL MLM PROGRAMS. That’s right, there is no magic software, no plug and profit magic system or super secret marketing tip and in my opinion, TRADITIONAL MLM PROGRAMS ARE A RECIPE FOR FAILURE.  But, you must also remember that starting a online home business is not for everyone, if it were everyone would be doing it and driving BMW’s around. You must be willing to work at it, and NEVER GIVE UP!.

I started this site, because I was sick and tired of all these so-called Gurus and experts trying to sell me more worthless marketing material or feeling like joining their system was the key. Joining hundreds of different systems, that rarely WORK…. is not the answer to achieving success online.

Be the Hammer, not the NAIL!

It is important to understand that the Internet is a big beautiful wonderful information highway. Most anything you could ever need to know is usually available on the Internet. In the early years, it was common practice to share all this information for FREE.

Take the time to absorb as much FREE information as you possibly can. this will allow you to become the hammer and not the nail, you see these Guru’s and experts figured out a way to exploit us by charging for information that should be available to everyone at no cost. Instead of being the hammer, in this scenario, you are the NAIL.

I currently use 2 main passive income generating systems “more to come”, to build my wealth. They are JustBeenPaid and Zeekler. This site explains in detail how to set these income generating assets up so you can maximize your profit and then how to market them if you decide to start sponsoring people.

It is very important to remember, that WEALTH is not money. WEALTH is assets that produce income.

Why I use passive income opportunities:

I no longer promote MLM or affiliate marketing opportunities..allow me to explain. I still believe in the model itself, just not the MATH. For example, I am currently involved with GDI or Global Domians International. You may be familiar with this opportunity, or you may not…it does not matter.

I have stayed with GDI, mainly because of the products…they are good and for $10 a month my membership includes everything I need to build websites “LIKE THIS ONE” .

However, I no longer actively promote it. I have been with GDI for about 4 years now, and was rather successful at first recruiting people into the business. But, it soon became painfully clear that this traditional MLM opportunity and many others like it….. rarely work for the average marketer.

You cannot recruit fast enough. Now, the super Guru’s have the same problem, they eventually get to a point where they can no longer GROW…that spells disaster for any business. So, they have masterfully created web conferences, training calls and worthless marketing systems. All in an effort to keep us occupied, busy and still believing in the dream.

Passive income opportunities offer daily growth, without sponsoring. But, they also offer the opportunity to sponsor people if you want to accelerate your growth…very important.  On any given day, if I log into any of my passive income opportunities…I see growth.  Some days it is BIG and other days it is smaller, but the growth is there and I can get excited about it.

For instance, I am currently earning over $50 a day in daily income with JBP, as of 3/8/12. That is $350 a week and still growing. Logging into your back-office each and every day and seeing growth is exciting.

All without sponsoring anyone!. As time passes, you start to see the real value in these opportunities and then decide to introduce other people to the business. Now, your growth can really explode as more people join you and get involved with your businesses, your income starts to grow and grow.

This is the start of attraction marketing, you are actually doing it, without realizing it. Your confidence shows with your marketing efforts if the opportunity you are involved with is making you money.

Establish the right mindset:

Before you start any home online business, you must have the right mindset. Achieving success online is not easy, if it were everyone would be successful. Remember success is a journey, not a destination. You will have ups and downs in your online business.

Money is not WEALTH, I know you are thinking Gerald, are you NUTS?. Let me explain, WEALTH is assets that create income.  That is how the rich get richer, they invest their money into assets that create more income. This is a never ending cycle of failures and success, some ventures produce income, others do not. But, the key is that they keep building more assets.

If you are relaxed, focused, your mind clear of  any FEARS and you understand the steps to success you will be able to weather these peaks and valleys. I have seen many online marketers quit just when they were starting to gain some traction. Starting a online home business will require you to learn new skill sets, overcome problems and be creative.

This process takes time and if you are looking to make a fortune overnight…you are in the wrong business. If you find a get rich quick system that works…let me know, because the one thing I have learned during my many years marketing online is….

Get rich schemes do not work!

Why MLM marketing systems do not work:

If you only get one thing from this site, I hope it is this. Using a copy and paste marketing system or any marketing system designed by some alleged GURU for that matter, does not work. Here is why….. These so called Guru’s pitching their plug in and profit systems, are not really building whatever business they are in. They are making money on selling the system to you.

In my opinion why would any so called expert or Guru ask their distributors to pay for information that they should be supplying to them for FREE.

The other problem with a Lemmings system ‘That is what I call these systems“, is that hundreds if not thousands of other distributors are using the same system. Let me emphasis this statement again….YOU CANNOT COPY AND PASTE YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS ONLINE. That is basically what you are doing, yes it is an easier way to market your business, but now is not the time to be lazy.

You must learn how to be unique:

Building your business will require you to be unique. Using these Lemmings systems instead of a proven passive system is a recipe for failure. Here is the main reason many people fail with their online home business, they are not committed enough to learn and apply proven marketing techniques that work and are effective.

If you take the easy road to marketing I.E., like using a copy and paste system developed by a so called expert or Guru, the Internet will chew you up and spit you out. No wonder so many people fail at building a successful home business. You are trained to think that their system is the key to your problems, and if you just buy their system and then blast this system all over the Internet, you will experience success.…….WRONG

Then you are told that it only requires you to recruit 5 people, who then recruit 5 people and so and so on. THAT IS BULL. You will need to probably recruit maybe 50 to 70 people just to get 5 who will stay with the system. Now, those 5 will need to recruit just as many…see the problem with the math?. You and your key people can never recruit enough people fast enough.

Stop Performing MWA’s

I once watched a webinar video where the speaker talked about MWA’s or minimum wage activities. He refereed to the MWA’s as doing chores like: cleaning the house, yard-work and others activities. The story behind his lecture was, as you perform these activities you are not generating any income….

He was suggesting that instead of wasting time on these non-income producing activities, you focus on making money first and then when you achieve a certain level of success, you pay someone else to perform these services for you. That same ideal needs to be applied to a successful Passive income business.

I am not suggesting you stop performing all these activities, just make sure you spend quality time every day on your business.
